Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced or thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon flaky salt
  • Cracked pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon aged white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    • In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, Greek seasoning, flaky salt, cracked pepper, olive oil, and aged white balsamic vinegar.
    • Add the diced chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 450°F (230°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Cook the Chicken:
    • Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
    • Air fry for 7-8 minutes on one side.
    • Flip the chicken and air fry for an additional 7-8 minutes on the other side.
  4. Add Lemon Juice:
    • After the initial cooking time, squeeze half of the lemon juice over the chicken.
    • Air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Finish and Serve:
    • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and squeeze the remaining lemon juice over the top.
    • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
