Why The Workouts You Do Matter

Changing your body composition you have it’s similar to baking a cake from scratch.⁣ There is a specific combination of movements that will create a specific result.⁣

I do three 35 minutes (max) workouts per week, from my program. These workouts are the only workouts I do. When you join my program you will know that every minute of your workout will count. We work smarter not harder in these parts 

So many women throw together random workouts and hope for the best.

I’ve seen so many ridiculous workouts on Pinterest and YouTube, it made me think—Women don’t realize just how important proper programming is.⁣⁣⁣⁣

If you have randomization in your programming, you get random results.⁣⁣ Back to the cake. Imagine trying to bake a cake not knowing that there was a proper way to mix ingredients. If you went in and started dumping the dry ingredients with the wet, mixed it up, and hoped to get a cake at the end…. you would probably get a burned bowl of sludge.⁣

⁣⁣Proper programming allows your muscles to develop in an intentional way. I focus on cinching in a woman’s waist, building and shaping glutes⁣⁣, and toned lean arms. My workouts are structured to get a specific result.⁣⁣ You don’t need to do hour long workouts every day. You need to follow proper programming consistently.
