Why The Workouts You Do Matter

Changing your body composition is similar to baking a cake from scratch.⁣ There’s a specific combination of movements that will create a specific result.⁣

I do three 35-minute (max) workouts per week from my program. These workouts are the only ones I do. When you join my program, you’ll know that every single minute of your workout counts. We work smarter, not harder, around here.

I’m a 37-year-old mom of three (12, 6, and 9 months), a full-time business owner, and a wife. My people are my reason—not my excuse.

Let me be real: my fitness journey started from a place of pain and fear.

When I was 16, my mom went into a coma due to a heart condition and her lifestyle. When I became a mom, I was terrified of ending up like her and putting my kids through what I went through.

I started my journey, dropped 65 lbs postpartum, and became a trainer.

But my process wasn’t linear. Each pregnancy came with weight gain and complications.

Even with the curveballs and endless challenges, I stayed locked in.

Now, on my third rodeo—or should I say, my final weight loss journey—I can fully attest to the power of consistency and commitment. Keep your “why” front and center.

Too many women throw together random workouts and hope for the best.

I’ve seen so many ridiculous workouts on Pinterest and YouTube that it made me realize—women don’t always understand just how important proper programming is.⁣⁣⁣⁣

If your programming is random, your results will be random. Back to the cake analogy: imagine trying to bake a cake without knowing the proper way to mix the ingredients. If you dumped the dry and wet together, mixed it up, and hoped for the best… you’d probably end up with a burned bowl of sludge.⁣

⁣Proper programming allows your muscles to develop intentionally. I focus on cinching in a woman’s waist, building and shaping glutes, and creating toned, lean arms. My workouts are structured to deliver specific results.⁣⁣

You don’t need hour-long workouts every day. You just need proper programming—and the consistency to follow it.
