What you need:
- 1lb chicken breast tenders
- 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs coarse Dijon
- 1 tbs organic maple syrup
- 2 dash Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of Salt
- Montreal steak seasoning or Trader Joes ‘everyday’ seasoning
In a bowl add chicken and marinade. Marinate for at least 20 min- 1hour. Air fryer preheated to 400. Place in the air fryer for 10 min. Flip halfway through cook time.
