If you have randomization in your programming, you get random results. Back to the cake. Imagine trying to bake a cake not knowing that there was a proper way to mix ingredients. If you went in and started dumping the dry ingredients with the wet, mixed it up, and hoped to get a cake at the end…. you would probably get a burned bowl of sludge.
Proper programming allows your muscles to develop in an intentional way. I focus on cinching in a woman’s waist, building and shaping glutes, and toned lean arms.
