Have you ever wondered how some people fit workouts in? Life is busy and to some, getting in a workout just doesn’t seem to fit into the equation. I teach a method in my 90 Day Transformation called the BOSS Method. These four steps allow you to fit in workouts each week even when things get hectic.

- Schedule your workout
- Sweat when you say you will
Pop over to your calendar app on your phone and schedule at least three workouts. Whatever you KNOW you can show up for this week. Open your calendar on your phone and set appointments with yourself for your workouts. Think of your workouts as important meetings with your boss. You are the boss, bosses don’t cancel.
Create a schedule of when and what you will be meal prepping. List your schedule for the week. Break down when you will meal prep, workout, rest, etc. Have a concrete plan will make your goals more attainable.
Tips to crush it this week:
Schedule your workouts and put reminders on your phone. Think of your workouts as important meetings with your boss. YOU are the boss, bosses don’t cancel. You don’t have to be perfect every day. You DO need to be consistent week to week.
If you have more free time on the weekends, schedule your workouts then. There is no need to workout M-F. Put your workouts on your schedule when you will have the most time and energy.
A quick workout is better than NO workout. If you are pressed for time opt for a shorter workout or do fewer rounds. Getting active even for a burst of 15 minutes can make all the difference. My program provides quick and effective workouts you can do from home in under 30 minutes.
