You won’t catch me eating boring diet meals.​ One of my favorite things on the planet is sharing meals with my family. Whether it’s a simple 30 minute one pan meal or a slow simmered meal that takes all afternoon. I truly believe eating well, while achieving your goals is possible.​​

I am serving up seven delicious dinner ideas. But, here is the thing- you don’t need to make all seven. I have marked the recipes that make amazing leftovers so you don’t have to been in the kitchen daily.
